Julia is perfection. I feel phenomenally lucky that our paths crossed and I got to learn from her. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and dynamic trainer. She always manages to create brilliant training sessions irrespective of what equipment I have or the space that I'm in.
My goals when starting with Julia were to get fitter and stronger, show up for myself and be consistent with exercise. Julia helped me reach those goals by being the most knowledgeable, passionate advocate for fitness and strength training. Her positive energy and attitude are infectious, she has transformed my experience of going to the gym and training with Julia has enhanced my life in so many ways.

But Julia is so engaging and accommodating that she's taken all the fear out of the gym for me and she works with me week on week to create incredible training sessions that work around whatever work/ lift obstacles I'm facing.
